Delivery and returns

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within Poland, EU countries, and selected countries outside the EU. The cost and available delivery methods are indicated during the order placement.

The order fulfillment time depends on the type of product and the delivery country. For custom-made products, the delivery time is determined individually.

For international shipments, all customs fees, import taxes, and other charges required by the recipient's country are borne by the Buyer.

Returns

The consumer client has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, the client should send a relevant statement electronically to the address: kontakt@altroceramics.pl.

It is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline to maintain the period.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, it is considered not concluded, and the parties are obliged to return the received benefits.

The client is obliged to return the purchased product without delay, no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal statement.

The returned product should be adequately secured for transport. The client is responsible for the safe delivery of the return shipment.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the client.

The refund will be made without delay, no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the returned product or providing proof of its return.
